What is Tournride Full Assistance?

Tournride Full Assistance is our on-route support service for the Camino de Santiago: it covers the transport and repair of your bike, along with other minor coverage, and also helps you in case of theft. Our team is ready to assist you at every stage of your journey. However, it’s important to note that this service is only available for Tournride rental bikes and does not apply to customer-owned bikes.

• Breakdown Assistance
  The Camino de Santiago can be demanding on any bike. If you experience a breakdown during your trip that you can’t fix yourself, Tournride Full Assistance covers the transportation of the bike to the nearest workshop and the repair costs. Additionally, if necessary, we’ll provide you with a replacement bike as quickly as possible and depending on the circumstances, so you can continue your route.
• Theft Protection
  Although the Camino de Santiago is generally safe, there’s always a chance of theft. If this happens, Tournride will guide you through the reporting process and provide you with a replacement bike, as long as the bike was properly padlocked and stored indoors, in a room closed off from the outside, at the time of the incident.

How does it work?

The process is simple and designed to offer you maximum convenience:

• Breakdowns: If you can’t solve the issue, contact our team. We’ll handle organizing the transportation of the bike to the nearest workshop and cover the repair costs.
• Theft: In case of theft, we’ll guide you through filing a report and provide you with a replacement bike, as long as the bike was properly padlocked and stored indoors, in a room closed off from the outside, at the time of the theft.

It’s important to remember that Tournride Full Assistance is only available for Tournride rental bikes. If you decide to use your own bike, this service cannot be activated.
