From the very beginning we have worked with agencies and tour operators from all over the world — domestic and international, specialising in religious tourism, cycle tourism or adventure travel. We know what an agency needs: a supplier that delivers, responds when there is a problem on the route, and doesn’t complicate the management. That is exactly what we offer.

Over more than 20 seasons we have learned to adapt to every type of collaboration — from agencies managing organised groups of 15 people to operators who include bike rental as an optional add-on in individual packages. The process is straightforward in every case: you sell, we deliver.

What we offer agencies

Your client books the Camino with you. You add the bike rental with Tournride. We take care of the rest: delivery at the starting point (hotel, hostel or any point on the route in Spain, Portugal or France), on-route assistance with Tournride Full Assistance, and bike collection at the end of the Camino. No deposit for the end client.

We maintain our own fleet in our own workshop — every bike is checked before each rental. We work with high-end e-bikes and MTBs: Yamaha, BH, MMR and Corratec, among other models. We do not subcontract the service.

Commission for agencies

Agencies working with us earn a competitive commission on the final booking price — including shipping, accessories and additional services. No minimum volume: any agency can access from the very first booking.

Our in-house management platform — developed by Nedaware — lets us track every delivery and every bike on the route in real time. We operate in Spain, Portugal and France. We have successfully delivered to over 1,200 distinct locations over the years.

We are also working to make our business as sustainable as possible. One concrete example: we clean every bike with biodegradable X-Sauce products before each rental. It is a line of work we continue to develop season by season.
