Frequently asked questions about the MMR X-Grip
Does the X-Grip come with a rear rack?
Yes. The rear rack is included and fitted, ready for your panniers (the photo shows the bike without it). Every bike also comes with a lock and a bottle cage.
Which size will I get?
We assign the size from your height in centimetres, following the size guide of each manufacturer. See the size guide above, and if you are between two sizes or not sure, ask us before booking.
When can I book the X-Grip?
The MMR X-Grip is planned from February 2027. The booking engine shows the dates for which it can be booked.
Is Tournride Full Assistance included?
Tournride Full Assistance is our on-route assistance service during business hours, a paid service (€34.95 per bike) that is included free and automatically in bookings made (created) up to 31 December 2026, even if the trip is in 2027.
Where do you deliver the bike?
We deliver and collect in mainland Spain and Portugal, and in Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port. Delivery is to your accommodation (with a staffed reception that has agreed to receive the bikes) or to a partner point or courier office agreed with us; we never deliver to train or bus stations or airports.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit: we do not hold any amount on your card.
