Data Deletion Instructions
Tournride S.L. (Rúa de Laverde Ruiz, 5, Santiago de Compostela, 15702 A Coruña, Spain) operates the Tournride bike rental service, including customer service channels via Instagram Direct Messages and Facebook Messenger.
How to request deletion of your data
If you have contacted Tournride via Instagram or Facebook, or your account has otherwise interacted with our Meta Platforms integrations, you can request the deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time by:
- Sending an email to rgpd@tournride.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and the Instagram or Facebook handle (or phone number) you contacted us from, or
- Sending us a message stating “Please delete my data” through the same Instagram or Facebook channel you used to contact us.
What happens next
We will verify your identity based on the contact channel used and permanently delete the personal data associated with your conversation (messages, contact identifiers, and any linked customer record) from our systems within one month of receiving your request, extendable by two additional months in cases of particular complexity, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will send you a confirmation once the deletion has been completed.
