Luggage Transfer – Terms of Use
This document outlines the conditions for the luggage transfer service for Tournride customers from the starting point to the endpoint of the Camino de Santiago. This service is designed to allow clients to transfer their most essential items in their panniers, avoiding carrying heavy luggage during their journey. Cycling the Camino de Santiago has never been easier.
Luggage Pick-up
Luggage pick-up must be arranged at the client’s accommodation. If the client does not have a reservation at any accommodation at the starting point, please contact us. All luggage items must be labeled with the following information:
- Full name of the client
- Contact number (optional)
It is recommended to download and print the label provided by Tournride. This label will facilitate the identification of the luggage by the hotel reception. It is not mandatory to use this specific label, but it is essential that each item is clearly labeled with the client’s full name to avoid errors.
Pick-up Notification
Once the luggage is at the reception and properly labeled, the client is requested to notify us via email, phone, or the contact form available on our website.
Service Cost
The cost of this service will be informed through our web system during the bicycle reservation process.
Luggage Information
It is crucial that the information provided about the number of luggage items and the estimated total weight is as accurate as possible, rounded up to the nearest weight fraction.

Packaging
The customer is responsible for properly packaging their luggage. If luggage is sent without sufficient packaging or protection, the luggage itself will be considered as packaging, and Tournride will be exempt from any damage incurred during transport. Tournride is not responsible for damage to packaging or for items considered fragile, whose transport falls outside the scope of this service.
