- Shipping of forgotten items weighing less than 10kg. €12 per each 10kg.
- Extra bottle holder: 2€/bike in those bicycles that admit it.
- Adjustable stem: 5€/bike in those bicycles that admit it.
Toolkit and Accessories
These prices will be applied if any of these elements are missing at the time of returning the equipment. If any is not on the list, it will be budgeted on-site. We recommend that you have all the material to be returned located before your arrival.

- Tire levers (pair or single) €5.
- 15mm pedal wrench €10.
- Lock €5.
- Helmet €25.
- Panniers €25.

- RockShox RS30 or Recon RL fork plug €10.

Penalties
The following penalties will be applied without exception, as we consider them abuses of the service.
- Late return without prior notice €20 per day and bike as an additional surcharge to the rental price for those days.
- For changes in the return location of bikes beyond the stipulated period (72h), €10 per bike, plus the difference in transportation costs if applicable.
