<title>ConBici explicity rejects the absurd DGT proposals</title>
<description>Given the repeated balloons from the Traffic Department, referring to the possibility of imposing a helmet law in town, the need to pass a test prior to using the bicycle, the establishment of a compulsory insurance of a license plate for bikes, and any restriction on the movement of certain bicycle paths, ConBici, cyclists organizations coordinating groups almost 60 of them in the country, with thousands of members, wish to state the following:
First: The procedure followed by the DGT to publicize their claims demonstrates lack of good faith towards the organizations representing social interests, given that previous meetings have been held with them without being given the news announced later. However, it was decided to go to the media for this purpose. This attitude is a contempt for the people involved and a way to create confusion among the public. It seems that the aim is indeed to present the bike and the people who use it as a problem to solve, the problem arises when motor traffic. They are using the media to spread false ideas as a way to justify unjust actions.
Second: The DGT is presenting the new rules as traffic protection cycle when knowing what is going to be exactly in the opposite line: corner the bike traffic road to protect the dictatorship exercised by private motor vehicles, to the detriment health, quality of life of citizens and the safety of people.
Third: It is unacceptable that intends to take action based on anything. There are no data to support the need for any restrictions of being hablando.Ninguno of bicycle traffic problems are caused by the same: no significant levels of people hit by bicycles, or serious accidents caused by them , nor about head injuries or Unattended liability cases ... demand that any action taken is supported by objective data to justify it. If none exist, consider the measure and spurious ideological bias or interest. In a democratic society, it is inconceivable that the introduction of rules without prior motivate the adequacy of the measures it intends to take.
Fourth: The measures announced would present a severe blow to the nascent cycling industry, which has immense potential, turning to Spain in a real ghetto for cycling across Europe. They are absurd and irrelevant:
Can you imagine seriously as would implement some of the measures? Will establish controls at airports and borders to control the flow of foreign cyclists, which would in illegality just inside our territory?
Fifth: All our neighboring countries have realized the need to encourage the widest possible use of the bicycle, for economic, public health, environmental and quality of life in cities. So, are adopting fiscal measures, infrastructure, and facilitate the daily use of the bicycle, giving preferential consideration vehicle.
The Spanish State can not become the exception to the European level, imposing barriers to cycling exist in surrounding countries. In this regard, our organizations homonyms in Europe we have already expressed great concern, discomfort and unconditional support to the possibility that the measures referred to could be completed.
Therefore, we demand the DGT seriousness and respect for the community cyclist and make public the draft reform of the regulation of movement which, as befits a democratic state subject it to debate social organizations, and above However, to eliminate any reference to the text with those amendments. Our opposition, from the conviction of the inadequacy, unmotivated and erroneous proposals, will be permanent and absolute until its final disposal.points of sale Logo Quiz answers chain of cosmetics Amazon Coupon makeup, skincare consumers

<title>BBC Travel talks about The Camino on its website and Facebook</title>
<description>Milky Way, as it travels under the lights of the galaxy to the Atlantic Ocean.  Some argue the path has always been spiritual, following purported Celtic mourning routes to the setting sun. The scallop shell has long been a symbol of both Galicia and the pilgrimage, acting as a sign at refuges and to show the way. Participation in the pilgrimage nearly doubled between 2009 and 2010, bringing tourist dollars into the region. Pilgrims carry a card or credencial which gets stamped at every town visited, proof of their pilgrimage. Pilgrims who complete the journey are blessed with a plenary indulgence, which apparently removes their sins. Pilgrims who have walked 100km to the Santiago de Compostela are awarded a certificate, or compostela.
